This is the best cleaner that I've found for hardwood floors that have a polyurethane finish. PolyCare was recommended by my floor refinisher years ago and I have been using it ever since.

I think this product is meant for use indoors, on stone and tile floors. But, my husband used it outside, on cement tiles, and a cement walkway. It worked well, to clean them off. What's that saying from the bible- '10 times better'. Well, it looks 10 times better. This product is concentrated, and makes quite a lot of cleaner.

This was my first time trying PolyCare and boy what a difference this made for my kitchen tile floor. For awhile now I've been using just normal cleaner on my kitchen floor and it does the job not the cleanest. But when I tried this, it was like night and day. The tiles look close to new and it brightened it up quite a bit. The concentrated formula really goes a long way. I simply followed the instructions for use and cleaning and I was off to the races quickly getting the job done.

The directions suggest 1/4 cup solution to 1 gallon water, but I'm going to decrease the ratio. When I added the solution to my mop bucket the first time, I had suds out the wazoo! It still did a good job cleaning the floor and it has a fresh scent. Surprisingly, I expected to have to go over the floor with plain water to remove the suds residue, but it dried without leaving a film. One jug should last forever at this rate!

I have been using PolyCare to clean my hardwood floors for years now and I've been very satisfied. I thought I would give a try to their Stone and Tile cleaner. I bought this hoping it would work, and I am very happy with it. It works wonderfully on porcelain tile; no streaking and leaves the floor clean. Very happy I found this product: it is concentrated so it’s very cost-effective. I highly recommend it. It was properly packaged and shipped quickly.

Maintenance of Wood Floors
How do I maintain my penetrating oil finish floor?

Lorem ipsum.

How do I maintain my surface coating finish floor?

Sweep the floor daily with an electrostatic dust mop (Glitsa mop). Ensure that felt floor protectors (Safeglides) are fixed to all chair legs. Have good quality mats at all external/internal access ways to trap dirt entering the inside of the house. Wash the floor with Polycare Floor Cleaner using a dry/damp mop. Avoid dragging any object across the floor surface that will scratch the coating and be carful with rubber soled shoes that could scuff the surface.
